JORDI ROIG AYUSO has more than 30 years of international experience, including investment business advice, in several languages. Besides, has participated in numerous trading projects in the most diverse fields providing legal advice and legal assistance for the development of legal coverage and corporate financial and contractual support documents in international intermediations. He advises companies with international projection through the creation of transnational cooperation agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions and mergers (M&A), divestments, corporate restructuring, financing of international trade projects, search for financing needs related to structuring and implementation. It concentrates its legal assistance in companies with international interests, both Imports and Exports. Advises and provides legal assistance on energy, tax, banking, corporate law and other regulatory aspects with implications in the European Union.

Luis Retamozo Murillo
He is a distinguished professional with a versatile and highly experienced career in both the public and private sectors. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma Tomas Frías, Bolivia, and a Master's degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Universidad Americana, Paraguay.
Over the past twenty years, Luis has applied his extensive experience and knowledge in various high-level roles. He served as Deputy Minister in Bolivia, leading technical teams in two different portfolios: Industry and Budget. His leadership and strategic approach were crucial to the design and implementation of Public Management systems in Bolivia and Paraguay, particularly in the areas of planning, financial management, and investment.
In the academic field, Luis has contributed significantly as a professor in various master's programs, imparting knowledge in Strategic Planning, Management Control, Business Strategy, and Marketing Metrics. He is currently the Postgraduate Director of the Initiative Business School, partnered with the Alfonso X El Sabio University of Madrid, Spain, since October 2021, where he is responsible for the design and implementation of postgraduate programs.
In addition to his experience in public administration and teaching, Luis has worked with a variety of international cooperation agencies, most notably with the IDB and the Swiss Cooperation Agency. His leadership, communication, teamwork, and supervisory skills are widely recognized, as is his ability to design innovative planning methodologies and techniques. NIEVES ANTEZANA ALÁ is a highly qualified attorney with over 10 years of experience working to the highest standards to provide comprehensive legal advice. Her career spans various roles in the legal, administrative, and business fields. A graduate with honors from the University of Los Andes in La Paz, Bolivia, her career has been characterized by her solid legal knowledge, exceptional conflict resolution skills, and an unwavering commitment to protecting her clients' rights.
Antezana has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to conduct exhaustive legal research, critically analyze legal information, and develop effective legal strategies in his role at Zuleta & Associates in La Paz, Bolivia.
Her career has also included significant roles as Project Coordinator at Consultores Asociados CAHE, where she oversaw legal and administrative projects, and as Account Executive at Banco Nacional de Bolivia, strengthening client relationships and fostering business growth. WALTER H. ZULETA, before founding AJ Baratheon SL, worked for more than 30 years in an international law firm in La Paz (Bolivia) with implications in different areas of world trade.
Our Director in Latin America has experience in mining multinationals, such as INTI RAYMI and BMGC of gas and oil such as YPFB. Transredes, PLC and hydrocarbon sector, Legal and Business Manager and Energy and Natural Resources Companies, Professor at the Catholic University of the city of La Paz in Constitutional Law and at the Technological University of Bolivia, in Master of Business Administration, member of various boards of tourism companies, press, exporters, mining and telecommunications companies, before joining AJ Baratheon SL, he was President of Zuleta & Asociados in Bolivia, Negotiator in Spanish and English, Portuguese, successfully developing multiple opportunities in mining and energy , recognized for his international professional career in International Trade. Himself, he has been awarded by the La Paz Bar Association, for his career, being members of its board of directors. He is the author of numerous articles on politics. International Law and Finance and International Trading. Professor in international law at the Catholic University of Bolivia. He has a degree from the International Management Program at the University of Berkeley. He has also been a partner in various multinational gas and oil firms, was a partner of PROFIN consultants and CAHE of Bolivia, was President of the Risks Pacific Rating PCR company, of Peru and Director of Promotion Projects.

EDUARDO WILDE JORDAN
Graduate in Economics (UCB), Master in Business Administration (UCB – Harvard Institute for International Development) and Diploma in Certified Coaching (UPB), member of the Association of Certified Coaches, attendee of several international seminars and workshops on financial topics taught by Citibank/Citicorp. Additionally, he has served as: Professor at the undergraduate level of "Financial Management" (EMI) and at the master's level of "Global Banking" (UCB).
He has over 30 years of management experience in leading companies in Bolivia, including 12 years with Citibank, where he served as Resident Vice President in charge of the Finance Department; Banco de Crédito, Finance and Investment Manager; Fondo Financiero Fortaleza, Financial Manager; and Banco Unión as Director.
Additionally, he has managerial experience in: AutoCorp (Distribution Representative of: Ford, Subaru and Seat), General Manager; Comunicaciones el País (National leader in the press with: "La Razón" and "El Extra"), General Manager; Ametex (The most important vertically integrated cotton textile company in Bolivia), Finance and Administration Manager; NOB-WOFEC (pioneers in Chia exports), Financial Manager; Chiacorp (Post-harvest and Exporter of Chia), General Manager; Techo and Pahuichi (The most important urban developers nationwide), General Manager; as well as construction projects (houses and buildings) as Owner-Manager.
He has extensive experience in senior management, advisory, and consulting services, highlighting his strategic perspective and creativity in financial and administrative matters. Ximena's career is marked by a remarkable ability to lead and innovate. Her professional career began at the Central Bank of Bolivia, where she served as a technician in the Currency and Banking Department. Later, she worked at the National Pensions Directorate, demonstrating her competence and skill in the financial field.
Ximena has been the owner and general manager of several private companies, including a real estate agency and an event hall. Since 2011, she has resided in Asunción, Paraguay, where she has solidified her reputation as a successful and versatile entrepreneur, founding Sold Bienes Raíces and actively participating in the sector. She has also represented the Bolivian Ministry of Finance at the Freehold Estate in the Port of Villeta, Paraguay, where she was responsible for the administration, organization, and implementation of the logistics plan.
